Welcome to Norma Henriquez MD. Since 2017, we have provided compassionate, evidence-based mental health, substance use, and wellness-focused treatment for adults throughout Southwest Florida.

Our practice offers comprehensive psychiatric care, psychotherapy, medication management, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy for depression and other qualifying conditions. We are committed to delivering personalized treatment plans that support lasting emotional wellness and improved quality of life.

We offer in-person appointments at our Estero and Naples offices, as well as convenient telehealth services for psychiatry and psychotherapy. Our experienced team includes Norma Henriquez, MD, and Evelyn Carbonell, LCSW, who are dedicated to helping patients achieve their mental health goals through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Norma Henriquez, MD

Dr. Norma Henriquez is a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 42 years of experience in mental health care. A veteran of the United States Navy, she has provided psychiatric treatment across a wide range of settings, including crisis stabilization, inpatient, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs.

Dr. Henriquez is licensed in Florida and New Mexico and provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services for adults age 18 and older. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care that supports each patient's long-term mental wellness.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Henriquez continues to serve the community through her work with SalusCare and The Salvation Army.

Evelyn Carbonell, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Evelyn Carbonell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 35 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. She utilizes a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment, recognizing the connection between emotional, physical, and social well-being.

Evelyn provides individual, family, and couples therapy for adults age 18 and older. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and works collaboratively with patients to develop practical strategies for achieving meaningful and lasting change.

To accommodate a variety of schedules, Evelyn offers evening and weekend appointments.
